I Am Jit Bahadur

Jit Bahadur is a simple, cheerful, and dream-filled married young man living in a village in Nepal. In his village, he performs dramas with his friends in a small local theater, entertaining people. Acting is not just his hobby; it is the biggest dream of his life. Jit Bahadur comes from a financially weak family. His elderly father works tirelessly day and night doing labor work to support the family. One day, after seeing a film director who arrives at the local marketplace, a strong desire ignites within Jit Bahadur — he dreams of becoming a film actor. Realizing that his dream cannot be fulfilled by acting only in the village, he leaves for the city carrying with him the love, trust, and support of his wife. However, the city is nothing like he had imagined. As soon as he arrives, he faces struggles, humiliation, and betrayal. Hoping to get an opportunity in films, he runs from one studio to another. To survive, he takes on small jobs and continues his acting journey while fighting hunger, poverty, and hardships. During this journey, he meets different kinds of people in the film industry — some supportive, some selfish, and some who sell false dreams.
